Description: STRENGTH TEAM CLOTHING STORE strengthteamclothing.com I DARE YOU TO DO THIS WORKOUT & USE CHALLENGING WEIGHT ON EACH EXERCISE!!!!!! 1a) Barbell Drag Curls 3 Sets x 6-8 Reps (Go Heavy As Possible) 1b) Dumbbell Advanced Hammer Curls 3 sets x 7/7/7 1c) E-Z Curl Bar Killer 21’s 3 sets x 7/7/7 1d) Dumbbell Negative Hammer Curls 3 sets x 10 reps x 5 seconds (count 1-2-3-4-5 seconds on the way down of every rep) ***ALL FOUR OF THESE EXERCISES ARE A CIRCUIT AND ARE MEANT TO BE DONE 1 EXERCISE RIGHT AFTER THE OTHER UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL 4 EXERCISES.
